Incase you have never had these. They are "duros". They are basically a dried wheat pasta that you yourself deep fry. It puffs up to about 6 to 10 times the size.They start off small, so if you don't cook them, you can keep them sealed in a mylar bag, with an oxygen absorber, for emergency situations. Then cook them up in a minimal amount of heated/melted animal fat, left over from meals. The fat adds flavor to the duros.Not just a great snack mainly enjoyed by us Hispanic households, it also makes a great survival food. Has the consistency of pork rinds.

I love duros you can’t go wrong. You can make them in the microwave and then lightly season them

I air fry these! So yummy. If your not sure how just pre heat your air fryer for 3 minutes. Put in a few and set 380 1.5 minutes for the square ones. They cook super fast. 3 minutes for all the other shapes. Each air fryer is a little different so adjust accordingly. I cook up multi batches and keep them in a covered bowl. In this house the bowl is empty pretty quickly!

Spray with veggie spray or olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning of your choice and just 2 min in air fryer at 350*....awesome!!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered these in 2 months because my college kid took so many back lol. Love all the different shapes for whatever mood you're in.

Ok. The bag of variety shapes was stale or something because when fried they turned out chewy instead of crunchy.
