I am not a tea snob. But I do enjoy my tea's. I thought I would give this company a try. I know exactly what orange pekoe taste like. But, I cannot discern any pekoe here. Maybe they forgot to blend it in? Orange Pekoe, as everyone one knows, has a delicious bright taste. Super yummy. But, no, that's not the case with this tea. Its flavor is unremarkable in everyway. It does have flavor, but absolutely nothing of any distinction. Certainly not "bold" Just a run-of-the-mill black tea. I make my tea strong. This is a strong tea the way I brew it yes. But, it lacks any personality whatsoever. Organic tea sounded nice, but I wont try this tea again ever.

I purchased this tea bacause I have a tuxedo cat named Lyra, so I thought this tea HAS to be good! Well, it is excellent, VERY smooth, not bitter. I brew mine for 3 1/2 minutes, and it is sooo good! If you like your tea flavorful, smooth, and not bitter, get this tea!

Now this is good tea. I only like orange pekoe black tea. No flowery or fruity stuff. and I drink this black and strong, with a touch of maple syrup. This is smooth and reasonably strong enough. No aftertaste. I’m pleased to find some decent loose leaf tea so I can eliminate all the added packaging. Not powdery, not big leaves. Just right for brewing. I will definitely buy again. I used 3 teaspoons to my little 24 ounce pot. It looks like the bag will go a long way.

This breakfast black tea is robust and flavorful.The tea in the package closely resembles that from the item's picture, namely: unbroken leaves, tightly furled and with uniform character.While this Tealya product is somewhat pricey at $15 for 8 ounces, it is a superior tea and certified organic.If you're in the market, give it a try.

BEST YET I HAVE FOUND! Great quality loose dried organic black tea leaves, no messy dust or particle pieces. Pleasant smooth flavor, not too strong like most black teas. LOVE IT.

This tea has distinct smoky flavour. Who drinks smoky flavour tea ? It is not to my taste at all. But can I be guaranteed igot what was described? Way over priced as well.
