Fun for a time
The media could not be loaded. Are these the best quality? No. But they're decent (probably about the same quality as the ones they're replacing), and they provide hours of fun. :-)I've used these with Magic Tracks, and the size is perfect for them to run freely. If handled roughly, they can break, and small parts could be a choking hazard. I know several 3-year-olds who think these are the best things ever. But with the potential for small parts, I only let them play with the cars when I'm in the room. For whatever reason, three of the cars are turned on and off with a large button on the top; the fourth has a switch on the bottom. Each car runs on two AA batteries (which are changed by using the provided (not great) screwdriver). The cars seem to run for a couple of hours on each set of batteries, so a pack of rechargeable ones work great. :-)

They look great...
These toys look really nice and run well, but it's difficult to get the screws back in after changing the batteries.

Oh my gosh, kids love these
We bought sets of these a few years ago when they first came out. The cars eventually died but I still had plenty of track. I ran across these on Amazon and bought them. My 10 yo grandson was first to start playing with them. He had them running the entire weekend he stayed with us. Pretty much wore down the batteries before he left. My granddaughters came in and even they were having a blast with them. They too played with them all day. So the first set I got was trucks. I saw cars on Amazon so I ordered them too. The kids love them all but the trucks can't maneuver around corners as nicely as the cars. But the trucks are a ton of fun. Glad I got both sets. Every time the kids come in, they set up the tracks and start running the cars and trucks. They can all play together and it takes all 5 kids to run after the car or truck that jumps the tracks or keep crashes from happening a faster car catches up with a slower one. And the colorful lights adds to their attraction. Awesome, awesome, toy!

Cute but break easily
They are cute and work well, but literally one use in and one of the buttons broke off. It can still be operated by sticking something in internally to push the button, but not easy for the five year old.

Great Replacements for Magic Tracks
We bought my son a Magic Tracks set about a year ago and it's one of his favorite toys to play with. Unfortunately his original car that came with the set quit working so I started searching for a good replacement when I found these. Overall the quality is about what you'd expect for the price, meaning I don't expect them to last years but I got 4 for the price of one name brand replacement. They take 2 AA batteries as opposed to the 3 AAA batteries of the original and are noticeably quieter. They don't seem to have as much torque as the original but overall there isn't much difference in how they work on the track. The one minor annoyance I have is the Blue "Rescue" vehicle has a switch on the bottom instead of the button on top like the original and the other 3 in the pack I bough have so my 3 year old has to pick it up to turn it off. That being said, I don't feel that to be a reason to avoid these or deduct any stars, just a slight inconvenience. I'd definitely recommend these as a good replacement for Magic Tracks cars.

Better than original
The media could not be loaded. The original car that came with the track broke on Day 2. This set of four is faster and seems sturdier. Only downside is that each takes 2 AA batteries.

They don’t work.
Only the fire truck works. Other two, the wheels would turn for a second then stop. Green one never worked. Unfortunately, we didn’t try them out until after the return window. These type of cars are known to blow through batteries but this brand doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your money.
