I purchased this step stool for my mother.She uses it to get in an out of her bed. She was on a ventilator in the hospital. This is an excellent step store for any use sturdy. Excellent quality delivered fast. I would recommend buying this.

I bought this Step Stool with Adjustable Handles to use as a bed step. I expected it to be safer than the step stool I was using because it has handles. Having assembled it, however, I tried it out and was disappointed to learn that the leverage the handles give you makes the step more prone to tipping! Side to side it is very stable. The wood is thick and solid. But if you are looking for a safe way to get in and out of a high bed and are to some degree disabled, I would not recommend this stool.

This is perfect for high profile vehicles or getting in high beds. The assembly was a bit much but once it was done, it was sturdy and extremely helpful.

Plastic connectors were flimsy and broke causing my husband to fall and break two ribs.

I would not be able to get up into my bed without this stool!
