Very solid, doesn't bend backward. However it is black with purple accents, not all purple as pictured

Works for all horses from Minis to Drafts.Love it. Only problem is the little hook to hang it up broke.

We tried these for our Nigerian Dwarf goats (40 pound average). They get stuff stuck in their hooves so we clean them before trimming them every 6 weeks. I like how this has a brush on it but the handle is awkward. I thought the pick would be too large for the hooves but it actually works well. Back the handle it just seems too bulky, maybe. I would recommend this pick since I haven't really tried any other picks.

The handle is easy to grip and has a good texture so it doesn't slip out of your hands. The point is aggressive enough to really do a good job cleaning deeper frogs out. I like it better than my Oster one now.

I like that the hook does not bend as easy as some hoof pick.

It is solid and very well made. The metal end is longer than other picks so shifts the mud etc. superbly. I have nerve damage in my hand so the larrger handle is easier to use. I thought when it was described as a "rubber handle" that is would be a softish grip, although it is a hard plastic it still holds better than the average pick.

It's a hoofpick. It picks dirt lol. Color is nice and grip is good. I prefer picks with brushes on the end for brushing the hoof clean after the metal pick has done it's job. Was a bit more than non brush hoofpicks but worth the extra little bit for convenience.

I bought this hoof pick specifically because it has more of an angle and wider surface area than other standards picks. The bristles also seem longer and are easier to flick debris out with. My new favorite hoof pick!
