There aren't many full over full bunk beds with storage at this price level.- Decent wood - The wood quality appears to be decent. Doesn't easily break. Appears and weighs dense. Will still dent during shipping.- Ample storage!Cons:- Instructions are not good enough - Wrong item number labeled in manual. Also some key illustrations are missing that's vital to assemble the bunk bed correctly depending on if you want the stairs to be on the left vs right side. I had to disassemble the stairs completely to orient it properly because their were no holes illustrated for the initial left vs right stairs.- No customer service (the listing says you can email primeshoppro1@gmail.com). You can email them, but there will be no response even after 3 weeks. So if you have a damaged or missing part during shipping, good luck on trying to get it replaced.- Bad smell from the wood or paint, may or may not be toxic - California warning. You may want to open the box and take out all the parts to air them out for a month before letting our child use it.- Painting quality can be improved. You can tell some parts were painted too thin as you can faintly see the wood under it.---------------------------------Edit:After leaving negative feedback, seller reached out to me and replaced a dented part and offered a small reasonable refund to cover a replacement screw that I could get from the hardware store.

Hard to put together esp with # of missing parts besides holes not drilled where it was supposed to be attached.After assembling still missing hardware for finish and drawers were I'll fitting

Instructions could be a little bit clearer but was able to figure it out, just had to stop and think a little bit about which side the latter was going to go on in which way the parts needed to be.

There are a lot of part but they are well labeled. The directions could be a little more clear. It definitely takes more than a day to put together. I strongly recommend a drill with a Allen wrench fitting to do most of the work. Your hands won’t hold out. But it is exactly as pictured. I am overall pleased.

The bunk bed is super sturdy and instructions look to be updated to help guide you what side you want the stairs to be on.Only bad thing was we were missing a big piece of wood for the stairs to be finished and can't get it shipped out until June. So have to wait 2 months for a part. (Stared making bed in April.) However due to this issue the retailer was courteous enough to give us a decent refund for waiting on the missing board.

Great product, however the instructions and pictures could a little more concise, and the hardware could be better quality. Thus the 4 star rating.
