Q: Will i be able to unscrew to holder on the top? To attach the shockmount for my condenser mic?

Yes but i only use them for my overhead mic and my mic's are attached with XLR wires and i got no probleme for now.yes those stand mic are cheep but it serve me right for now.

Q: is there an adapter missing from the kit? The boom male tip is way to small for the female mic holder thanks

The microphone clip has an adapter screwed (tightly) into it.

Q: i have a rode video mic pro, will i be able to attach this mic to this boom pole and stand? I'm guessing i'll need some kind of adapter

I'm not sure but I will tell you that this stand is a poorly constructed POS.

Yes it should fit. I use the blue yeti and they both have a screw on the bottom. The only problem is the stand isn't that durable. try On stage stands boom mic stand. they make great stands for recording.
