Met my needs
I bought these to hang on our storage building out by our pool for our vacuum hose and pole. They are not real hard plastic and they do give a little but they work out fine for me. If they didn't give a little I would have a hard time getting the pole and the hose off. I may buy another set because I didn't get them far enough apart and had to wrap the hose around too many times and it will only hold two turns.
