Rejuvenate your body after a workout the correct way!
Let me start this review by saying that this is possibly considered a premium post recovery canned drink. It is expensive (currently £2.29 a can). However, to an extent I feel that this premium is worth it, and here is why.Convenience:No longer will you need to mix your post workout powder with water and bother giving it a shake. Rather, this drink is ready in an instant and is far more enjoyable Ice cold after a workout. If you work out from home (like I do), it’s as easy as taking a can out of the fridge and indulging In a vitamin and mineral boosted carbonated healthy drink.Taste:I couldn’t quite put my finger on the taste for this particular variant. For me, it tasted like a mango and pineapple hybrid combo with a small acidic after taste and fizz. I personally quite enjoyed this. However, it may not be for everyone, though you can purchase with confidence as the performance aspects make it worth it.Performance:Based on the ingredients and nutritional contents, I would say that this is perfect for those morning/afternoon workouts as it has electrolytes and some green tea (natural caffeine: 45mg) which will help counter that post workout crash. It also is packed with vitamins and minerals to boost protein synthesis and muscular growth. It is also sugar free and paleo friendly which is another green flag for me.Though, I still feel that for buying in bulk, £2.29 a can is a tad expensive and hence this product is a 4 star for me. High quality and well worth it, if you are prepared to pay the premium.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

Overpriced vitamin water
This drink is essentially a multivitamin with a caffeinated, carbonated creatine drink. It looks and smells like one of those dissolvable vitamin c tablets, but thankfully doesn't taste quite so vitamin-y.It has a very mild, vaguely fruity flavour, sort of somewhere around an orange/mango kind of taste with minimal acidity. It is low calorie and packed with vitamins with around the same amount of caffeine as a cup of tea. This is considerably less caffeine than most sports type drinks but then this is supposed to be a recovery drink for post-workout, rather than a fuel-up pre-workout beverage. However for me this just isn't worth the price. At the time of writing this, 24 cans were £54.99. That is more than £2 per can even buying this large multipack. If you bought a good quality 30 day supply of multivitamins and creatine pills it likely wouldn't set you back more than around £20 max. Combine that with a diet caffeinated drink which you could easily get for another £20 for 24 cans, and the total cost wouldn't be more than £40. Therefore this product, in my opinion, is grossly overpriced.I would not recommend this simply because of the price, I'm afraid.I hope you find this helpful.

Recovery drink with reasonable taste - but careful of the nutritional science claimed.
The FITAID zero drink is basically a gently carbonated water with a fairly pleasant "generic berry" type of taste. There's a touch of acidity which gives the drink a little bit of bite. It's in a tall, thin 355ml can, ideal for packing into gym bags or a rucksack. While I can't do the chemical analysis to confirm all the vitamin contents, therefore test the nutritional claims, there's a slightly worrying lack of accuracy in the advertised contents using the calories as a guide. The contents listing on the Amazon page has an error in that the number of calories in 355 ml can is less than in a 100 mL serving. Also, on the can itself, the conversion from KJ to calories is the wrong way around - it says the 355mL can has 21 KCAL or 5 KJ. I assume it should state that there are 21KJ and 5 calories. The can also claims 21 KJ in 335 mL and 4 KJ in 100 mL, even allowing for rounding up of each figure, that division doesn't work. Worse still, the detailed list of ingredients on the can states that there are 9 calories, not 5 in each 335 mL.This may sound petty, but if a high-cost sports drink can't get the very basic nutritional details of calories correct, either the total or the units, it's not a good look.So in summary, it's a pleasant tasting energy drink. The advertised vitamin and mineral content should help recovery from exercise, but the lack of accuracy of how the calorie content is described is not reassuring for a high-cost product based supposedly on nutritional science.

Great Post-Workout Drink
These work out to just under 2.30 per can when buying the 24 pack which isn't too bad for these kind of drinks, especially compared to buying similar individual ones from the shop or gym so area a good bulk purchase. My partner very pleased with them as a decent recovery/post-workout drink as you get a good hit of BCAA, glutamine, omega 3s, and green tea to help support your post work-out recovery and especially as there is no added added sugar. Easy to drink with a nice taste my partner really pleased with them and would definitely get again and 100% recommend.
