You cannot find these fixtures
Had to replace original light fixtures in a lighted hutch we bought some 15 years ago. The original 40 watt incandescent bulbs had a detrimental [heat] effect on the fixtures. The original [plastic] reflectors began to deteriorate and fall apart due to the heat of the bulbs. These replacement fixtures are really hard to find. Looked online for a long time before coming across these. They are rather obscure even on Amazon. The replacement fixtures are made somewhat different [better] than the originals, probably because they had complaints. Will replace the incandescent bulbs with LED's to eliminate the heat factor. Glad to have found these fixtures.

plugged it in and overheated in minutes- good thing We smelled it burning and unplugged it
