Great 9"x5" pan
My bread recipes call for 9"x5" pans. These are perfect (I bought 2). Used them yesterday; greased with butter as per the recipe. Bread loaves slipped out with NO sticking. Recipe says to cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack. I was surprised that at the 10 minute mark I no longer needed potholders to handle. Very pleased with purchase. (Delivery was unexpectedly delayed 1 day. They were delivered by UPS in a plastic Amazon bag - not a bubble-wrap bag - but no dents or scratches.)

Good solid pan
Very nice pan! This is my second one. My only tiny complaint is the area under the rim, when you wash it, the water collects and rusts. Even with a towel to dry it, it’s hard to get the water completely out.
