Great Idea, great size,great customer service
I like the size and the design of the product, however after less than 2 months of use, not even daily use the unit no longer worked. I contact the company on Thursday about my concerns of a defective product and they had me troubleshoot some things. It still did not work, so without any questions they said they would ship a replacement device. I expected that it would take some time to get the replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when the replacement device was at my place less than 18 hours later. Very happy with the customer service.

Not the most stable connection. Bought a different one and just save this one for travel

Did not work
Offer many ports BUT fits loosely and doesn't remain connected to device, doesn't remain recognized by the computer. I wish it worked better. Ended up being useless.

Perfect for my needs.
Works great! Sturdy and small. I needed a small accessory to use between work and home. This allows me to plug into an extra monitor when needed, with extra ports, as needed.

Stopped working after 6 months
Purchased this 6 months ago; it performed well but quit working recently (computer now says it can't recognize what I plug in). I've travelled with it, by unplugging it from my Surface & putting it in my computer bag, sometimes wrapped in bubble wrap, but apparently I didn't protect it enough. One of the plugs that goes into the computer is now loose. I'm going to order a different brand of docking station & hope it lasts longer.
