Q: how quickly does this product bring iron levels to optimum levels, pls an answer from someone not getting free product, these reviews seem bogus?

I have been using this product for at least two years (and only saw this week that they offer free product). I can say that it seems to work rather quickly. I double up on these iron supplements a week before I go in to donate blood (iron levels have prevented me in the past), and I am always always able to donate (it used to be 50/50).
