Works well and is sturdy. A little confusing when putting together.

Like many people I am working from home without a dedicated office. My “home office” was a chair, a fold up table for my laptop, phone etc and a keyboard balanced on my lap. Not ideal for long term use.What I wanted was a small portable desk, with room for my work stuff that I could move out of the way when not in use. One that could be used as a standing desk was a plus.The desk meets all my needs.Delivered on time within 2 days of ordering, it was a single flat box, not too heavy for someone recovering from a shoulder injury to lift.The parts neatly packed inside the box. What I didn’t find until later was the instructions which had slipped between the box flaps.Screws, blots and 2 hex keys together with a cable clip were in the box in plastic bags.It took under 30 minutes for me to put the desk together, once I had figured out that there were 2 types of wheels and that the locking wheels go on the front.The work surface is textured which reduces any slippage and is also easy to wipe clean. The slot at the front holds my phone nicely.Best of all is the mechanism for raising and lowering the desk top. Squeezing the paddle allows the desk to slowly rise smoothly to the desired height or squeeze the paddle and apply pressure to the top to lower it.I am 5’6 and can use it comfortably both sitting on a normal chair or standing. It will go higher than I need. If seated on the sofa then I use the desk for my laptop monitor and use a separate keyboard on my lap.For me it is perfect.

Purchased this desk for my wife to use whilst WFH. Sadly, it arrived damaged and was returned.A quick note about the customer experience. It took over six weeks from initial contact with Duronic before the refund was issued. This was very frustrating and has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Very pleased with this. Easy to assemble, all parts received. Mechanism very clever and easy to use.Would definitely recommend.

Although expensive, this table is exceptionally sturdy and stronger than most similar tables that I've tried.

Very easy to assemble, looks great and does exactly what we want it to. Will definitely buy again.
