Poor Book Title
The book gives list of ingredients and how to make instructions for tortilla's only, last few pages just give instruction to buy in Ready made Burritos and Enchiladas.. which is an incorrect description/sale pitch of the book, hence only three star marking. Only good for Tortilla's.

Easy, fun!
Solid, heavy, a dream to use, I’ve been making all kinds of gluten free flatbreads with this, and it is very easy to make a great variety of unusual breads.
