The first time my grandson sat in the chair (11yrs old) he pressed down on the handle to get up and the handle would not come back up. The chair could not fold and therefore could not be used as a chair anymore. Anyone who would sit in the chair would automatically press down on the handle to get up. My husband and others tried to get the arm up but it wouldn't budge. There is a zipper on the side of the arm which you can open, but you would have to remove the stuffing and try to use a tool to see if it could be released. Not worth it at all. They were very prompt with my refund. I had a good experience with their customer service, prompt and courteous.

This is the 2nd floor chair I've purchased in under a year [other one purchased from a different company]... so far, so good. I didn't particularly like the way the pkg delivered, but the chair was still in tact. I will come back if it becomes uncomfortable like the last one, but so far this is what I was looking for [foot support, back support, arm support, comfortable versatile angles & sits higher off the ground].

The product didn’t come close to satisfying my needs. On top of that I could not return the product without a tremendous lost.

It's a nice to have and easy to move chair. Wife likes it too for gaming with me.Note - If your 35 and up though, your knees might hate you when you stand up off the floor. Perhaps you can roll over to the real chair this probably sits next too and lift yourself up that way; like I do. :o

Good idea but the chair doesn’t lock all the time in upright position . One side seems to not want to lock in place at all.

I purchased this as an option for when my teen children come to my place this summer for them to have a great place to sit that they could also use to nap on if so desired. I've tried this chair out I'm 49 and it's comfortable to me so I don't think that they will have any problems. Now that I have 1, I just need to get 2 more. Thanks these are great

This was exactly what I was looking for and then some! Ready to use out of the box. I am also pleased this is big enough for plus sized hips. I don't have to squeeze into. I am confident in the back support as well. My chihuahua loves it too.

I love it. So comfy and easy to move adjust.I’ve been using it for watching tv, playing video games, and taking naps. It’s like having your own personal recliner. It folds together pretty easy so it can be put out the way if I’m not using it. My cat likes it too :)
