Definitely worth the money!
I bought these to train my daughter to protect herself as well as channel her anger. (Turns out she's quite a striker just like her Old Man) Pads easily absorb energy. So even a beginner can hold them easily without getting hurt. Yet, can take a professional striker as well.Highly recommended!

Good for MMA.
Use them for MMA workouts. Nice to not have to keep swapping for punches or kicks. Only downside is palms get extremely sweaty inside. Palm on leather vs cloth.
