It was not the right one when I ordered it. I would recommend going to Intex and purchasing it straight from the for $10

Yes these have washers included with them.

I have a 1.5" intex large pool strainer assembly bought on 6"23"14 what plumber will fix on this end

We also bought the strainer assembly. My son-in-law installed ours in just a few minutes and it is working great. Didn't need a plumber.
