Does this have consciousness?

Yes, be careful as it may start to attempt to take control of you. I knew a guy who’s device made him fall in love with it then when he least expected it, the device thieved all his possessions and was last seen in Spain sunning it up on a beach. Proceed with caution.

Is this NHS approved?

I’m not sure there’s such a thing as NHS approved. All I can tell you is that this brand is used by many health professionals that I know. I’m a nurse & bought for personal use.

Just recd mine, can only get systolic reading on the screen, any ideas what i am doing wrong

Think it needs to go back might be sending mine back as my readings are quite high just waiting for the nurse to call me up for a check-up as I mentioned it to her and she needs to check but you should get both readings.
