Will these stickers stick to frozen things?

in my experience, nothing sticks to frozen things except tongues and frozen flagpoles. you will have a lot of trouble if the frozen item you are trying to tag is lower in temperature than the ambient temperature of the room you are in. if you were in a freezer where the item is the same as the ambient temperature, maybe it would work, but i would be it won't

Yes, I would say they are easy to remove

Will this work if you wanted to make the numbers into a date versus price? And will it stick to a plastic bag that would be put in the freezer?

You can put dates, just leave a space between the numbers. As for staying on in the freezer, I have not tried it yet.
