Q: Do I peel each word separately or does it come as one?

The item will come all on ONE sheet. The decal is a die-cut decal so the design elements are separate but sandwiched between backing paper and transfer paper so that is can be applied all as one piece. Once it is applied and removed from that "sandwich" of layers you will have individual letters and design elements.

Q: Are these resistant to water, I want to put it on my slide out on the camper?

The vinyl material is an indoor-use adhesive but it is water resistant once it has been applied properly. Be sure there aren't any bubbles or loose spots where dirt and elements can get under the adhesive. Indoor use material has a 2-3 year outdoor life compared to typical outdoor use material which has a 10+year outdoor life.
