One envelope of Au Ju, along with McCormick Onion Gravy mix ...mix with water and use for a stove top chuck roast..super low heat, after browning. Just delicious.

Very good flavor and so easy to use. I use in crockpot recipes, as a brown gravy for open faced hot beef sandwiches, mashed potatoes, riced cauliflower, any place you'd use gravy. Just delicious and it only takes a couple of minutes for it to thicken.
