First, no instructions to put together.Second, no mats to put on treads.Third, not sure who is welding the parts together, but I am sure a 10 year-old could do a better job.Will see if it holds up or not. Not holding out much hope.Be smarter with your product.

The ladder doesn't slide easily but nice ladder
There were o instructions in the box so I went back on Amazon to watch a video. After putting it together I noticed the ladder doesn't slide easily up and down. Overall the ladder is sturdy but I was also disappointed that there were no screws enclosed to attach it to the dock. I needed to go out and buy those separately.

Mine did not include instructions.Made my stationary because the slideUp and down doesn’t work the best.

Steer clear
This is a foreign company. They sent two left side ladder rails so they didn’t match up with the steps. I tried to communicate with them and asked if they would send the correct piece. They would not. Also l, the instructions are terrible. Poorly scanned photos that are barely visible. Stay away!

Not user friendly. Works but it's clunky and doesn't really slide up and down easy.
First it came with no assemble instructions. After looking at pictures i was able to figure it out. Unit doesnt slide its more of a shove and wiggle into place. Im thinking of adding hinges to see if that would work.

Holes do not line up! Piece of crap!
The directions are horrible. I could have dealt with that, but the dam screw holes do not line up and I wasn't about to re-drill them. Junk! Total freaking junk! Stay away! Total waste of time.

Absolutely no instructions came with this ladder.

Does not come with the right parts
This is completely not as described or pictured.. the extension doesn’t belong with the main frame and is not even close to compatible. On top of that it doesn’t come with enough hardware to complete the main frame. I had to keep it because my lake is quite remote, so luckily, I was able to use parts from my broken ladder to make up enough so that it could be partially useful. Very disappointing!
