I purchased this to fill shooing target bags to prop a rifle on. Worked great for what I needed

Was it to little or to much? I'd say that looking at the photo of the product that I thought "yeah 5 pounds is a pretty big bag!" NOPE! I went off the photo they had listed and felt it was gonna be more than enough for my little o'l 5 gallon red claw crab tank. And it didn't come close 😅. I wanted to include photos of how big the bag is just so others don't make the same mistake I did 😉. I still give it a 4 star because the rocks looks pretty and just what I wanted. Small pebble like rocks and in a natural color. I took a star off only because the photo they listed didn't have anything to reference its size. Had i known i would of gotten two 5 pound bags.

For anyone considering this product, there are three things to keep in mind.★ The color of the stones changes when wet! The image shown here is the rocks while dry, so expect a color change!★ Not all of the stones are a consistent size. I personally am not bothered by this, as it's not by a huge margin, but I've seen some reviewers say that this made them very dissatisfied so keep it in mind.★ The bag is NOT actually 5 pounds. Honestly this is what knocked down my review, because it felt a little misleading. That being said....This product is really nice. The stones I've received have all been nicely smoothed so there aren't any sharp edges. That doesn't mean they're rounded, just not sharp. I personally think the color of the stones is beautiful, and I think they bring out the green of my plants very well! I have yet to put fish in my tank, as I'm still cycling it, but I will update my review if need be when I get them.4 stars from me, as long as you're aware of the notes I made!

I order the brownish-yellow stones, some are an off white to pure white most, however, are brownish yellow color, it is a nice mixture of natural stones, a good rinsing will remove any debris as well as cloudiness, I rinsed mine out in the yard in a bucket, don't run the water too high when using a hose, otherwise your ground will end up with the gravel, swirl your hand through the gravel til the water runs clear. I am very please with this brand and recently order three more bags.

I like the product, but it was barely enough for a 10 gallon tank, let alone a 20. It looks pretty but I had to mix it with other gravel because there wasn’t enough.It does hold the decorations that you stick into the tanks properly. I would recommend it but for smaller tanks - under 10 gallons - if you’re only getting one bag.

Great rocks one bag just the right amount for my 5.5 gallon tank. My betta likes them and they give a real feeling to the tank. Bring out his colors. I use a siphon to clean them and that works great. If your fish is bright I recommend a darker rock color rock maybe this brand. My fish is black with orange fins so white worked well for him. But either way white rocks can still be used on a lighter fish. Just a recommendation to bring out the colors.

Deben lavarla muy, pero muy bien antes de usarla en la pecera pues de no hacerlo (mi caso, apenas la enjuague un tanto) les dejaría el agua en unos dos días terriblemente enturbiada.Sí, deben darle muchos enjuagues.Es muy lamentable que no pongan esa advertencia en la descripción del producto.Por lo anterior, y solo por eso, le doy tres estrellas.¡Ah! Necesité tres paquetes para cubrir correctamente el fondo de la pecera de 20 Galones.
