YETI Roadie 20 Cooler White

I bought this cooler for my dad for his birthday along with a piece of sea-deck for the top of it which adds a nice touch that I would recommend. This cooler is perfect for just about any occasion but normally this thing lives on the boat. You can keep plenty of food cold throughout the day even in the hot sun of the flats! The sea-deck makes it a great seat while on the boat as well. We throw a couple pounds of ice along with drinks and sandwiches that stay cold all day. I've dead fish in there overnight and woke up to frozen fish surrounded by ice (and it didn't stink when washed out!) I also would like to mention that we lost the original cap that screws in but have instead jammed a champagne cork in the hole which can cause it to drip a bit of water but the pleasing aesthetic of the cork makes it worth it! Never dissapointed with yeti and this cooler has lasted a few years of abuse and I see it lasting many more!

Great cooler. Currently rotating 4 Cooler Shock ice packs (two in the Yeti, two in the freezer) in loose ice to pre-cool the Yeti Roadie 20. It’s been 2 days and there is still a good amount of ice. I’m waiting for two Yeti 4 lbs ice packs to arrive. I’ll rotate the two Yeti 4 lbs packs (one in the Yeti, one in the freezer) when they arrive, and compare ice retention with a new load of loose ice. My intention is to deploy a pre-cooled Yeti Roadie 20 using only the Yeti ice packs with no loose ice for a 2 day road trip between freezer availability. From what I’ve witnessed so far the Yeti Roadie 20 should exceed that requirement.The heft of the Yeti gives notice of the amount of insulation packed in the cooler walls. Workmanship is top notch, and the size suits my needs perfectly.

Solid cooler! I try not to get all hyped about brand name stuff, but the yeti lives up to its name in this case! I will say this cooler is quite thick/large/heavy for what we were expecting, but its the smallest handheld they offer other than the hopper coolers which are way too small inside (we have one of those as well) It works great though! We take it to the pool all day and the ice does not melt! We even left it over night and still had ice cubes in the morning.

They are a little pricey but I wouldn’t trade mine unless it was for a larger yeti

The best cooler I’ve ever owned and I’ve been though man. Like most people I usually would get a coleman cooler as they’re the most readily available. I decided to invest in the Yeti cooler after having read and heard a lot about it. I’m very happy with my investment. This cooler although heavier than most other coolers keeps your items contained within cooler for longer. It’s better insulated and built than any other cooler I’ve come across. The only downside really is the weight but this size that I purchased is still easy to manage.

Small but keeps everything absolutely chilled for a long time. It's been great for keeping food and drinks chilled while at the beach, the pool, fishing, or a road trip. Even when mounted outside of my Jeep in the hot sun, the inside has stayed cool, and ice has remained ice.Make sure it's cooled before using and perhaps opt for a reusable ice pack like  YETI ICE 2 lb. Refreezable Reusable Cooler Ice Pack  to save space since there's not a whole lot of room on the inside.

Fabulous product. Unsurpassed in ability to keep things cool for long periods. Expensive and quite heavy but sure works great.

I hate making ice runs when I'm camping. I have a larger Yeti which keeps ice for up to 5 to 7 days. But I didn't want to lug a heavy cooler around for day trips. Consequently I bought the baby brother Yeti for day use. I am very pleased that it too will hold ice for a week. It is heavier then other smaller coolers and bigger than most smaller coolers. It is over built, bomb proof and kid resistant. However; the fact that I have ice in my cooler at the end of the day is very satisfying and worth the extra oomph it takes to haul it around.

I love this thing. It works extremely well. Ice lasts the better part of a week. It’s solid and it’s a beastly price. But it works better than all the other coolers I’ve tried. I’ve made a lifetime commitment to a cooler. And since this one is so fantStic. I’ve bought a bigger one. It think it’s worth it.

Good product

We bought this cooler due to the claim that it can hold ice better than other coolers. We conducted a scientific test (I work at a lab) where we put an electronic thermometer, measuring temperature every 20 minutes for 7 days without opening the cooler.0h - 48h = 26°F to 37°F (-3°C to 2.8°C)56h = 41°F (5°C)72h = 52°F (11°C)96h = 63°F (17°C)Otherwise, it's well built and tough.
