Sturdy and easy to assemble
I got this as a rig for a sensory swing and other suspensions (wink). For my purposes, I would have preferred something a bit taller but my selection was limited by budget and this one is a great option until I am able to get something bigger. I assembled it by myself with no trouble which was great. The only thing I found a bit odd was that there were little metal inserts within parts of the frame. The instructions said to remove them but their function is unclear so now I’m not sure what to do with them.

Easy Assembly
I love this stand. I bought the swing a couple months back anticipating on hanging it from my ceiling. That did not turn out how I’d like, then I came across this swing stand a couple day ago. It’s super easy and quick to put together. It wobbles a little, (possibly user error) but overall sturdy and fun to sit in.

Not stable for a swing!! Do not buy this! Unless you buy weights!
The media could not be loaded. Update: we bought weighted bags to put around each leg of the stand and it helped a lot. The saucer swing still is not able to swing like it’s attached to a tree, but it’s much better able to tolerate kids swinging with the weights on.I never ever give bad reviews, if anything just won’t rate it, but this product is so disappointing that I want everyone to know how unsafe it is. Bought many months ago and only put together now. This product had great ratings overall and indicated you can have a saucer swing and use for swinging!! My kids had a saucer swing on our tree they loved, but we had to cut our tree so I searched for stand we could use with our swing and bought this based on most ratings and price (it was $98 when I bought which was cheaper than many, but not worth it!!) it was easy for my 12 year old daughter to put together, but we can’t even use it! We tried in grass but even worse; thought maybe better on flat even ground like driveway. She is under 100 pounds and not even swinging hard. The stand is so lightweight and it is not weighted down at all.

Seems sturdy enough for us
I’m not ready for a rocking chair, but I may be ready for a rocking chair. This seems like a reasonable compromise. Our house is old and hanging chairs from the porch ceiling is a little dicey. These are quick to put together and they are holding me (215 lbs) easy.I need a foot stool to give me something to push against for swinging. We got two so we can have our coffee on the front porch.

Total Rubbish Product
The holes in one of the rod are not matching. Cannot insert screw in it. I don't recommend this product as the parts manufacturing really bad.

Sturdy and functional
This is a great stand for a chair hammock I bought. It is sturdy and stable. My only complaint is it didn't come with assembly instructions, which would have made it faster to put together.

Disappointing
I bought this because off the ratings and am disappointed. It’s to big to disassemble and return, and isn’t nearly as nice as one we replaced. My daughters barely 50 lbs and not very high energy, but her gently swinging or spinning in a pod swing, the legs lift up to the point I have to hold the side bar down for safety. A leg came off the first week, but luckily the other 3 held and her dad was right there. We really can’t leave her on this unattended. It’s put together well and I tighten it regularly after the leg coming off. I’m going to try a different kind of swing seat but wouldn’t recommend this. 3 stars is being generous. Her last swing frame looked dangerous but was sturdy. This looks like it’d be solid but isn’t, if we can’t secure the legs better or a new swing doesn’t work, we’ll probably get rid of it as a safety hazard. If the new swing makes a difference I’ll readjust the stars.Update- we moved and gave this away with a warning to the family that took it it’s for gentle swaying, no kids rough playing. I debated recycling it because I’m afraid someone could get hurt but decided to pass it on as long as the people taking it knew our safety concerns.
