As a Professional Chef and in preparing these cod loins in browned butter and lemon, I am overly impressed in the quality and the delicate texture of the finished cod loin. They were perfect in a panko breading for fish taco's and outstanding lightly sauteed in lettuce wraps. What a wonderfully fresh perfect piece of pure clean Cod. In the browned butter and lemon saute', I have been told multiple times that these cod loins eat just like lobster. I am glad to share with all who are interested, that the FinFish Cod Loins are better than what I have been using in my operations. I’m SO HAPPY I bought these pre-portioned Cod Loins! I was concerned about ordering fish via mail order, but after some research and reading through the delivery process of this product, I decided to give it a try. They are incredibly fresh and tasty! Because they are already portioned I can just grab them from the freezer and cook dinner. It’s a great time saver and the quality is excellent!

This was a gift for a chemo patient. High protein diet is important during treatment.I am told it is very good quality. It was well packaged & appreciated.I'd give 5 stars if it was not so pricey...

With Covid-19, we have had to play it safe and discontinue, at the advice of our doctors, any out to eats. No grocery store had ANYTHING CLOSE to this! Everything is either water logged (soaking wet and soggy) when prepared or just no taste. Took a gamble after reading the 5 star reviews, THIS IS THE BEST FISH! Solid, large fillets, flaky and the taste is honestly the best I have ever had! This is the BEST COD we have ever tried and will only eat this cod from now on!

I had been looking for a nice meaty cod fillet to make traditional fish chips, but everything that I had been purchasing was not big and meaty enough. Then I found these cod fillets! These are absolutely huge and meaty and wonderful. Great for making fish and chips or just broiling with some butter in the oven. Very meaty, yet delicate flavor, very similar to lobster actually. Truly amazing product. Will be ordering again when I run out!

We ordered the Cod as we really wanted to have some piece of mind with a lot of meat stored that we could use over time and make it easier to avoid going out with all the current craziness going on. We were super impressed with the flavor and how lean the fish was. We shared it with some family members as there is a lot in 1 box and they loved it too. If you want awesome tasting fish and have some left to store we highly recommend it!

My 3rd orders. FinFish great and fast, UPS took 6 days to deliver from MI to WI. They said weather related delay. It has been nasty weather. So I understand. But still 80% of fish were frozen solid, I am not going to make a stink. The 20% that was partially froze will be a very large supper tonight. After they thaw the rest of the way.
