This device won't work on a Google phone.
This company worked with me through emails to isolate a connection problem. I can't give them less than a good review as the product was not at fault for not working for ME. The outcome was the Google phone I have does not allow a person to view the streaming services from the phone onto a larger screen, such as a TV. The streaming services I have on my phone are Netflix, Starz, Prime, Hulu and Disney+. I was going to a friends house on a trip. They had an old TV which does not connect to the network in the room I would stay in for 8 evenings. Had this device worked I could have streamed movies from my phone. My phone was connected to their WIFI. I ended up watching movies from the screen on my phone at night as I tried to go to sleep. (Turning off the TV to sleep at night does not work on me.) Anyway, I'm trying to make clear that my purchase was not to pirate videos, but to view subscriptions for which I pay to view movies. They are provided to login from other devices. Your TV, phone, laptop and at family or friends. Just a warning if that's your intention and you have a Google phone, then Google has removed the very thing you will need to project from your phone. Not everyone's situation is the same. This is a true review. I won't mislead anyone.

UPDATED REVIEW: Great Product but didn't work for Long - but Mokin refunded the cost
Nice design and layout and seems like a quality build. Has all the ports I needed. I use it with my MacBook Air M1 and connect 2 USB external drives, a USB Headset, Web camera and an external HDMI Monitor + SD cards as needed and connect my Mac Power Supply to the USB C Power Port. All worked extremely well....until it didn't! One day, 7 1/2 months later (and out of warranty) it failed. The power passthrough woks but now none of the ports do, so cannot use it. Big shame, because otherwise it seemed to be a great unit. Does get a little warm, but not excessively so - I guess the electronics inside just gave up - otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.UPDATE: I am updating this review to 5 stars because it appears I may have had a defective unit and MOKIN customer support immediately stepped up, and even though my unit was out of warranty they refunded the full cost of the Unit. Thank you MOKIN for excellent customer service and for looking after your customer. I will definitely purchase from you again.
