RGB Color Activity
I wanted to show my students how additive color works with Red, Green, and Blue lights. These lights were perfect. They were strong enough. They can be focused. The white one works as expected. Bright. I didn’t need the UV light so I gave it to our forensics teachers, but it worked well too.

Great Value
We bought these flashlights to use on the beach on vacation and they worked great! They are safe for the nesting turtles compared to regular bright white lights. We were able to see very well. We also found that these were great for seeing down into water really well. Nice product and great price for 3 of these. Loved how we could focus the light and although they are small and the price is low, they feel like a very good quality.

Torch a little too bright for astronomy in general
Well made torch, everyone of them worked out of two shipments so far. Using them for astro tourism. A bit bright for astronomy in general which requires very low intensity red light to preserve night vision. Otherwise good light for lighting a pathway at night at the start of a group stargazing tour. Would be ideal for astronomy and stargazing activities if the light output was much lower as build quality is excellent.

Perfect for our need
We recently ordered these for a night out to view the Northern Lights. This was the first time we had done this and wow is it dark in "dark spots" lol. The flashlights were great to have! I wasn't sure it was going to put out enough light but after making a couple trips back to the car through the woods we found they were perfect. We could make our way to where ever we were going and it didn't mess with our eyes for viewing the sky. They were nice and small and easy to use.

A stage managers dream
I work in theatre and these are perfect for back stage. I find myself reaching for them all the time. They are small so I can carry them in my pocket when I’m walking around, or clip them onto my clipboard of shirt. The color is a lovely blue too. Highly recommend for anyone working in live theatre or shows.

Great for finding your way in the dark.
My husband asked me to purchase these so he can find his way in the dark without compromising his night vision. He’s an outdoorsy guy. Both he and our son use them.

MUCH TOO BRIGHT FOR A REAL STAR PARTY. Otherwise, grear value.
Much too bright for a real star party. Too bright for reading star charts. This red led light would NOT be allowed at any star party held by actual amateur astronomers. Using this light would stop a person from acclimating to the dark. This red led light prevents good night vision.Otherwise, Wayllshine red led flashlight is excellent. A great value.Features a wide, adjustable, even beam. Sturdy, well made, uses one AA battery, inexpensive to operate. Anyone who needs a light for finding your way in the dark, this would be fine. The Wayllshine might also be OK for an urban star party, meant for looking at the brightest stars under light polluted skies. But never for a rural dark site.

Flickering and randomly turning off
Had these for a few years, only ever used inside and not dropped out anything, and all three suffer from flickering and turning themselves off randomly. Not happy with the quality at all
