This is a great set of hand strengthening exercise putties. The advancing difficulties of each color certainly lets you know where you stand. I have been using it regularly as part of my rehab after carpal tunnel surgery.I have also found that this putty (regardless of which level you are using) is also a great “fidget” item for stress or ADD issues. Many times I have picked it up to just mess with it while I was thinking about other things - just to have something in my hands.Overall, great product for strength therapy or rehab of the hands. I would highly recommend it!

Don’t set it down anywhere and walk away. Don’t fall asleep in bed using it, it will get all over your clothes or objects it comes in contact with unsupervised. My mistake. OTHERWISE I LOVE IT AND IT REALLY HELPS MY HANDS LOOSEN UP!!!!!UP!!!!!!

I like this putty for my hand workouts, i needed xx soft and it is and works great. Highly recommend.

The clay is firm which is good, however I had to order a second one and combine them because the amount wasn’t enough for the regiment of exercise I need. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. Otherwise it’s very good!

Particularly useful for those with disabilities who need to work on the muscles of their hand

This was originally used to help my son as part of his coping. He found in therapy, it was nice to play with droopy putty and other times one that he can "break" with a quick tear (the black one). We got our own set to use at home. Colors are as shown. Easy to see the different levels of firmness which are a good for part for his play/frustrating times. He does not mix them. It's one at a time and put them away. It is not sticky on your hands, so that helps with the play as he will wrap it around his hand/up his arm sometimes. We've had them for about 6 months now and the are still as food now as they were on day 1- so a good value as well.

I already had the medium (green), which I love. Something to note is that they feel a bit oily but they are supposedly "antibacterial" so that's good. Some sticky/crumby hands have used the green theraputty and I haven't seen any gross stuff stuck in it, so that's definitely a plus when buying it for a classroom or therapeutic setting!

My hand PT told me to get this brand of putty for my home exercises. I had a joint replacement in my thumb a year ago. I purchased a set of 4 of theses from the easiest on up. Now I am on the black which is the X firm. I do the exercise everyday. I highly recommend this brand.

La pasta è inodore e non sporca, quando la rimetti nel barattolo riprende la forma del barattolo, è fatta proprio bene e molto utile per fare gli esercizi alle dita della mano. Come quantità questa mi sembra molto buona per gli esercizi alle dita della mano.

Arrivata puntuale e il materiale è esattamente come me l'aspettavo. Molto tecnologico. Non è plastilina tradizionale.Un po' cara, ma avevo urgenza e l'ho presa comunque. Grazie mille

Me está ayudando mucho con la recuperación de mi fractura de muñeca. Tiempo atrás compré la de color rojo y me resultó un poco dura para mi mano. Esta amarilla es más blanda y a mí me va muy bien.

Great product to ease hand strain and fun to use! The only point that I will note is that I find the green version harder than the blue (and this is after several purchases of both incase I had a one off problem batch). The green gives perfect tension and feedback when squeezing in the hand and pain is noticeably reduced the following day : )
