With good prep work it works great.
We just recently bought a house there was/is 6 cracks in the concrete walls. The first year we had no problems the 1st spring here noticed 2 of them were leaking a little. So I thought I would give it a try on them. It sealed them up. The 2nd spring the first crack started leaking again, but it was from around the patch work. So I got some abrasive scrubbing pads for my angle grinder and removed the house hold paint a foot on both sides and sealed it again. Now the 3rd spring and no leaking. Redoing my basement bathroom now, it was completely unhooked. Scrubbing all the house hold paint off the wall and floor, then sealing them Gorilla Waterproofing. Afterwards I'm going to epoxy painting the shower. The sealant leaves a rubbery texture so I'm hopping the texture will come through the epoxy. We also used some clean sealant on the Temple's walls in the basement. Good thing is is wasn't a finished basement. This will be the 1st spring and so far so good.

Worked Great
Used to patch a basement wall crack that was leaking water. Dried rock hard after 24 hours. I applied thick coatings. Make sure to shake the can thoroughly before using. If the nozzle clogs during application, shake the can again and pump the nozzle up and down while you're playing the spray. It helps it to stay clear. Strongly suggest wearing a mask if using indoors. The fumes are pretty strong and they are volatile. If you're working in a furnace area, turn everything off.

A Mixed Bag of Fixes
Review: I recently tried out the Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Rubberized Sealant Spray to patch up some tiny rust holes in my gutters, and here's my balanced take:Pros:Ease of Use: This spray is incredibly easy to apply—no messy brushes or applicators needed. Just shake, spray, and you're done!Versatility: It works on a variety of surfaces, including metal, concrete, wood, and more. Perfect for sealing gaps and cracks in gutters, roofs, and even outdoor gear.Quick Drying: Dries relatively fast, allowing you to move on to the next step of your project without long waits.Self-Leveling: The formula levels itself out, ensuring a smooth, even coat that covers small gaps and cracks effectively.Cons:Multiple Coats Needed: For optimal results, you might need to apply multiple coats, which can be time-consuming.Runny Formula: Some users found the spray to be a bit runny, which can affect its performance on vertical surfaces.Clogging Nozzle: The spray nozzle can clog if not cleaned properly after use, making it less effective over time.Tacky Finish: In some cases, the sealant remained tacky even after drying, which can be inconvenient.Verdict: Overall, the Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Spray is a handy product for quick, reliable fixes around the house. It worked well for patching tiny rust holes in my gutters, sealing them up nicely. Its ease of use and versatility make it a go-to for minor repairs. However, be prepared for potential issues with multiple coats and a runny formula. If you're looking for a straightforward solution for sealing leaks, this might be worth a try, but keep in mind it might not be perfect for every situation.

Do not buy
Horrible product. Worked for 1 min then just clogged up. Clogged valve and not the spray top

Waterproofing works well, but slightly runnier than expected & nozzle clogging is an issue
Ordered these to re-paint my metal gutter. Prepped the old gutters and started painting. Now, I know most spray paints can run and drip if you go with too strong of a spray, I usually take it easy and do multiple coats with light, broad strokes to eventually get good cover. However, it was very hard to control the spray with these cans. No matter how controlled I tried to be, the paint would still leave runs and drips. In addition, the nozzle started to clog when I was only about 1/2 way through the can, which meant when I tried to do a controlled spray, instead of spraying, it would start dripping from the nozzle onto my hands, my ladder, and the ground. If I tried to gradually increase the spray, it would suddenly spurt in a strong stream that would overshoot the gutters onto the roof.On a positive note, in my testing, the paint does truly seem to be waterproof and performed well in that respect.Bottom line: waterproofing works, but seems that it would work better on horizontal surfaces; vertical surfaces are too suspect to runs and drips.

Used for concrete landing & concrete steps
I used this for a concrete threshold doorway landing outside of my shed. This will keep water out, and I am 100% sure of that. I also bought the clear version and spray painted my front of the house concrete steps instead of using a sealer that lasted only 1 1/2 years. I used 3 cans of the clear for the steps. I'll bet this will outlast any sealer.
