Works
The belt works for what it needs. It's not overly supportive. I would classify it as less support than ideal but it works. More of a brace. Really the only gripe I have with the product is sizing. While it fits me just well I wish there was an option to fit multiple people / more adjustable range. My wife and I lift together and I would need to buy a second belt to fit her if she wanted to use one.

Great for lifting
I have always used this belt for heavy lifting. Mind you, I do have a professional leather weightlifting belt, but I always reach for this one to push myself further. I love that I can make this belt as tight as I need it to be, and once I'm done lifting and out of breath, I can easily take it off without worrying about it getting stuck on me. The material is great and can definitely keep up with you, no matter the lifts.

Cheap delivery bag.
Speedy delivery but … the package was delivered in a glorified zip lock bag. So disappointing because this was supposed to be a xmas present for my daughter. And she answered the door when the delivery was dropped off at our door step. Not much of a surprise when you can see right through the delivery bag. I suppose the company does this to save money on shipping costs. But I would expect a bit more attention to detail . Especially during xmas time. Everyone in the fitness community rants and raves about how top quality Gym Reaper products are. Rogue fitness seems to have an edge over this company at least on the delivery methods and attention to detail. I support smaller up and coming companies as well . But it’s not always about trying to save a buck if you want to retain loyal costumers .
