The Barielle Nail Strengthener works well and quickly. Its smell is much less than a similar product I tried and threw away. I don't get headaches with the Barielle product. The No Bite has a very strong taste that last 2 or 3 days. I started painting it only at the ends of my nails on the back side of my hands because I could taste it in foods that I finely chopped! I sent the seller a message asking about the order of using the 3 products. The Protein product is used once the biting/breaking has stopped and the nails have grown to the desired length.
