Is the battery replaceable in the future if it stops holding a charge?

I think the correct answer is that it's made to detract people from replacing the rechargeable lithium cells. That being said if you have decent DIY skills, you can easily replace the internal lithium ion battery. It will however void the manufacturers warranty, but if Surefire doesn't have a mechanism for people to get these recelled, the DIY option may be the users only option. No, once you have selected a light for more than three seconds, the next click is off... the back taclight switch is probably the one I use most .

After fully charged. How many hours is it good for before charging it again?
