Like fitting was great Read All Info before starting . Now the down side it has a 7Day timer , so you have to set Each day on its own time Now the arm segments work like this 1 arm is 30 min each side of the arm for times So if you set it to 6Pm it is 5.30 to 630 (1 hour) push up 2 arms say 6 &7 its 30 min .on each side (2Hours) Down side the numbers (times) are small so take care when doing the times hope this helps
