Good quality, excellent feel in grip bit doesn't light up easily.

The flint striker could be better and by that I mean the thing you have to strike could be wider and just a bit thicker than it currently is the wick is a bit debatable but it works somewhat so it's passable

Tried and retried to light match to no avail. Need to purchase lighter fluid for this product and it does not light.

Whether your effort is lighting the wick or replacing the wick, this lighter is anything but permanent! Don't waste you time especially when out in the woods where you don't have extra wick supplies...

It was almost impossible to light. After about 15 strikes, the striker bar fell right out. I wouldn't buy another one.

Works just as expected. As said in the description you need to run the steel across the flint a few times first then it works great from then on out.
