Though it looks and feels well made, if you have it a wall mount or single monitor mount, great. Otherwise, if you have it on a dual or more monitor mount, it shakes. Also, it does not just slide in ;-) rather you have to force it in ;-)

Works more or less seems to have a little give to it which is not ideal

Product works as advertised. However, all the weight of the monitor is above the mount giving it lot's of leverage. So the slightest movement starts it moving back and forth. If there were some way to provide an additional connection between plate and the middle to top of the monitor it would be much more solid.

I ordered this adapter from Gladiator Joe after trying another the competitors model. NO comparison! This is a far superior product. It was easy to install and is super steady. In addition, it looks great. I am needing to outfit more monitors in the coming months and will certainly re-order this! Thanks.

The adapter does not fit snugly in the monitor. It wobbles around constantly. I don't think the designer has ever used this product with a Dell 2440L monitor. If you like to have your monitor in constant motion while typing, then get this!

Absolutely horrendous, don’t buy this. It’s so frustrating to pay a premium for this adapter over the other ones, only to find that it’s functional in the most basic sense of the word.I think the adapter isn’t as thick as the original mount, so it just wobbles in place. It’s honestly ridiculous.
