Solid quality and lifesaving
Saved my screen more times then I can count. Each time I seen a crack on my screen im always relived when I see it was only the protection layer. My phone is several years old and this has kept it in such good condition!!!

I'm very clumsy and I love this case.
As said in the title, "I'm very clumsy". I don't know how but I was born with butterfingers. This case withstands the constant drops and slips. I have stuck with the Otterbox brand even with my pervious phone and I can say I love them each time. Maybe I am a creature of habit, but I've tried other cases and they aren't the same as the way Otterbox makes theirs. I love that there is a charger port cover. My husband didn't have a cover on his and now the charging port won't take the charger and he is bound to the wireless charger. I believe this case has helped with that because the cover part exists. It folds out when you charge, holding up the charger instead of the ability for it to bend when you watch endless videos on your phone.The only gripe that isn't really a gripe in my book, is if I drop it one too many times the outer shell will crack. Two things about this statement:1) I keep my cases for as long as I can which is usually about a year and some change. Which in my book is still a win in my book.2) Remember, I'm clumsy so I drop it a lot. Any normal person, with NORMAL wear and tear will probably have it way longer than me.Which is why I still chose to give it 5 stars because for the price and the duration of its life for me is still a great win.All in all, of course I will be purchasing again.

Good protection
This case fits my S21 fine. Protection is good. Noticed a couple things after buying several of these...They last about one year. The right upper area, around the volume buttons, slowly swells outward and at a point is pretty open, requiring replacement.My last one did that, along with a piece of bottom right plastic shell breaking off.Still, I like it's slim profile so I keep getting them!

BEWARE!! The outer hard shell of this otterbox S21 self-destructs after one year
Unlike previous otterbox commuter cases I have purchased, and as other reviewers have indicated, this model for the S21 will last you only one year before it self destructs in your pocket or on your desk. The hard outer shell on my 2nd S21 otterbox commuter is now broken at the top right and bottom right corners after 12.5 months of careful and infrequent use. The outer plastic is too brittle and now easily breaks away with a fingernail. The S21 phone doesn't sit in the sun and has never been roughly handled, yet this is the 3rd case i have ordered. After spending ~$100 in cases I should avoid otterbox like the plague, but I know of no other options.
