Will this work on cracks in the concrete of an inground pool?

I haven't used for that purpose but many other have used it for filling cracks in pool even below water surface

Can the putty be dyed blue?

I believe there is a blue version of the Pool Putty. This one is dark gray

I need to glue a piece of ceramic to concrete. Will this act as adhesive?
