Unfortunately had to return as after starting to use it for couple of days noticed that the back of the item where you keep the incense has started to melt and burning smell. No gap between the incense and the backside of the holder. Not sure even why it’s listed on Amazon as it’s a sure fire hazard and faulty design.

After purchase I tried 3 cones and stinking of melting plastic in my opinion not safe for use then I saw a number of reviews saying the same thing mine will be going back

Works well and looks nice, paint work is a little bit off but not too bad.The scent was nice but took a while to come through.Package could really do with some fixing everything became loose in the box.

Arrived quickly as stated , thank you. But again cones dont last very long--though pleasant. Plus they are quite expensive to replace. Would not buy again. Sorry.

The chimney top hole has been broken in transit I need to find a way to repair it rather than send it back it’s a nice little sculpture

Not that good for the money, just smells like incense sticks, no lavender or other flavour anywhere, not much smoke so can hardly see it.

Very good and came with in a day and the scent is good all in fantastic will buy again
