Comfortable with firm support
I was surprised how much better this pad was than my ~10 year old pad in terms of firmness. Maybe the old pad was worn out...happy to have this one.

Very helpful for squats
I used to bruise my shoulders and neck whenever I did heavy barbell squats, but this really helped alleviate that issue👍
