Perfect Choice for HD Antenna Amp/Distribution
Needed to split signal (single roof antenna) between the TV and DVR. Traditional unpowered splitters have a fairly significant signal loss associated with their use. This setup actually increased my antenna signal about 5% to both devices. Doesn’t come with power cable, like the competition, but costs a little less and delivers similar results. Make sure you have an extra length of cable for the power, I was able to make one. Be sure to use the enclosed terminators to cap any open ports. The instructions do not include this step for some reason?

Signal booster
Worked for digital antenna signal boost. I am approximately 40 miles from TV stations . This helped get more channels. I would say I went from 11 channels with out it to 27 with it

Not Disappointed
This is a nice little device that lives up to its described performance. Easy to work with, solid state, and durable. I'm an enthusiast with six TV's on one system and not one TV has issues with reception.

Works well
I dropped my cable tv and now use Internet TV, which doesn't really provide access to live local tv channels. I now run the feed from my exterior antenna into the power splitter and from there, to the four outlets via the old cable feeds. Crystal clear live TV!!

Good Buy
I've purchased other amps, not this one, in the past. They disappointed me as they do not last for very long. This one I've had for a couple years and its still working. I do recommend installing a surge protector ahead of the power supply for any amps you may use. This one is used for OTA TV reception and works great. My homemade OTA antenna I use along with this amp. The antenna is in my attic.

Great replacement, so far
Seems like I typically get 4-5 years from all of these, no matter the brand. Hoping this one lasts longer.

Working great
Needed to split antenna signal to 3 TV's as well as make up signal loss of a 50-foot coax run to antenna followed by more coax to bedrooms and living room. Without amplifier signal meter showed readings of good channels (UHF) at around 80db's dropping to upper 70db's at times. More importantly was our problem channel CBS that for some reason chooses to broadcast in the low VHF band. Signal meter showed it bouncing from 48db to mid 50's. After installing amplifier good channels run mid 80's to just over 90db and the problem channel now runs in the upper 60's to low 70db range. Ideally anything in the 80's and 90's is pretty close to perfect or you risk over amplification while upper 60's to low 70's good but may suffer signal loss to interference. Using a 75-mile antenna mounted high outside with broadcast towers at 31 miles away. Have had several thunderstorms and cloudy days with little to no interference and no channel loss. Very happy with this device.
