Will this power supply operate on 230volts?

For a while now, cheap ways to build power supplies that cover 100-240volts, 50/60 hertz have been available and used for all power supplies. This one follows that defacto standard and outputs 5v 0.6amp., as any should these days. You do have to buy it as a separate item, at least when I bought it.

Will this power supply also work with the millennium chess computer - chess genius exclusive model 820?

No, this adapter is 5V. The Exclusive, King Element, King Performance all require a 9V adapter
