Remote cord leading to the inside of the ring light was loosely hanging out—so much so that part of the inner connector cables were also visibly outside of the light! This inevitably caused the problem that would obviously come from having these types of cables loose and hanging out: two of the three disconnected entirely from the inside of the ring light and as a result, only one of the three lighting options work.The aforementioned issue must’ve also messed with the remote in some way because now, the button that switches between said options actually turns the light off (and randomly, sometimes it switches the one working light back ON again).Also, the ring light was loose from the circular black base that you see in the photos, causing it to tip forward and backward, depending on the weight distribution of whatever you attached to the inside of it (I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max); this issue seems to have been due to a run-on screw, where the metal of the ridges in the hole or on the screw waste away to the point that said screw never actually reaches a point of being fully tightened—instead remaining loosely/barely attached and unsecured.All of this happened in less than two weeks and Amazon was of NO help at all, repeatedly suggesting that I contact the seller despite the fact that I had already done so multiple times (and informed Amazon of this), to no* avail. They then suggested that I contact the “manufacturer”, telling me to goggle their contact information myself when I asked them to provide me with it! I can’t say whether the manufacturer and the seller are one and the same, but I didn’t bother to find out because of all of the frustration I had already gone through.*The seller did reply to my first email, telling me what my options were: an $18 refund so that I can “look for another ring light to replace the damaged one”, with no make/model suggestions whatsoever; now, how would I even know where to look for an alternative that fit their stand without any guidance from them? Anyway, after I’d responded with which option I preferred, I never heard from them again.

Great ring light tripod. I wanted something to record my diy projects and stuff for my blog as well as be able to take decent family photos just at home. It’s very light weight, portable, and I love that it has a clicker.

This was originally going to be for a friend but I decided to try it out first before giving them a product I wasn't sure about. I'm glad I kept it for myself! The tripod's adjustable height is clutch...I don't have to contour my body to hit a good angle!

Nifty tripod, it can be used to mount a multicolored ring light as well as a mobile phone in the center of the ring, or to directly mount a camera or a phone without the ring. The tripod is pretty sturdy and stable, and the light is bright and is powered using a long USB cable.I like the fact that it also came with a keychain Bluetooth remote to control the mobile phone's camera, which is quite handy. It worked with iPhone and Android. I was able to pair it in a few seconds without any issues. There's also a downloadable app to take panoramic photos. Overall, it's a nice set and I really like it.

I absolutely love this ring light! It's way better than a lot of other ones I've tried. The quality of all the parts are unbelievable for the price. It's dimmable, easy to put together, and even comes with a remote to take pictures with. The tripod is sturdy and won't fall over.. This is comparable to the expensive ring lights I have tried. It's adjustable and even comes with a smaller version too!
