How long does it take before you notice the effects of one capsule?

YES, it takes about 1 week of CONSISTENT daily intake, preferably 1-2 when waking-up w/coffee and/or "energy" drink ("rockstar" is my best option!)....... by the way, the "twin" opposite of L-TYROSINE is L-TRYPTOPHAN, which has a "calming" effect! It DOES WORK....... ABSOLUTELY!!! I STRONGLY BELIEVE that "N-ACETYL" is a MUCH BETTER choice rather than regular L-TRYPTOPHAN b/c it is BETTER ABSORBED by your blood-tream w/almost 100% absorption! How big are the pills?

They are about the same size as a Tylenol capsule. Also they are gel caps.

I don't believe this is NALT. NALT is N-Acetyl-L Tyrosine, this is N-Acetyl Tyrosine.
