Prosource Fit Pilates Resistance Ring 14" Dual Grip Handles for Toning and Fitness

I only just opened this and gave it a quick spin.First impressions:- Seems well built and sturdy, no squeaking- Foam pads are comfortable against my thighs (I have large thighs)- Decent tension, not overly hard to compress with my thighs, but will be exactly what I need as a beginner (if you're looking for a harder ring, look elsewhere)- Colour is good, doesn't look faded- There is a bit of damage but it will not affect the use of the product, it is only cosmetic damage- Box came damaged, but no major damage to the product that I've noticedOverall I am pleased with this purchase. I'm 6 months pregnant with PGP and SI joint Pain and will be using this to work my thighs along with other equipment, in hopes of reducing or at least maintaining the pain I'm in so I don't end up on bed rest for this pregnancy. I personally like that it's not super difficult to squeeze in since I am just starting. I looked online for a beginners ring and this one came highly recommended so I'm giving it a go. In the future if I were to continue with it and do pilates, I would more than likely get a stronger one with more resistance.I included a video so you can see it in "action". I compressed 50% and was starting to shake (I know I'm weak right now). So again; this is a great beginner ring!

Definitely one of the lighter resistance rings, but I knew that going into the purchase thanks to other well written reviews. Simply increasing repetitions or the length of hold on a position solves the problem. For the purpose of home workouts it's been great and is holding up very well after ++ use.
