Not worth it
Material quality is so poor and it affects a lot on the sound quality of the stethoscope. Don't waste your money on it. The price is not that low compared to the original Littmann product.Update: I got contacted by the seller and they issued a full refund. The seller believed it is a defective product.

Works for Littmman Cardiology III Stethoscope
This is significantly cheaper than the Littmann branded diaphragms and comes with two size sets of ear pieces as well. It fits my Cardiology III Stethoscope perfectly, both the adult and pediatric heads. No logo. Otherwise sound quality is great. With such a small package would like an even lower price but hey medical people have jobs now I guess.

I installed the larger diaphragm and the ring immediately tore partially through and will likely fall off

I was skeptical about this product as it isn't a true Littmann part but it fits perfectly and you can't beat the price.
