Subnautica: Below Zero - PlayStation 4

Great immersion game

My kid wanted this play for a couple day. Then was bored.

As someone who loves a good survival game, I was excited to try out Subnautica: Below Zero for PlayStation 4. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint.The game takes place on a frozen alien planet, where you play as a scientist trying to uncover the truth behind a mysterious research facility. As you explore the icy depths of the planet's underwater biomes, you'll encounter a variety of sea creatures and collect resources to help you survive.One of the standout features of Subnautica: Below Zero is its stunning graphics. The frozen landscapes and colorful marine life are a feast for the eyes, and the game's atmospheric soundtrack adds to the immersive experience.The gameplay itself is challenging but rewarding. You'll need to manage your oxygen supply, hunger, and thirst, while also avoiding or defending yourself against dangerous creatures. But as you gather resources and upgrade your equipment, you'll gain the tools necessary to explore deeper and uncover the secrets of the planet.Another aspect I appreciate is the game's focus on environmental storytelling. Dexterity is amazing. Compared to the first one, they allow you to adjust settings of gameplay, such as turning on/off oxygen, hunger, material requirements etc. You can tailor with your imagination. Honestly, I don't have alot of time for full survival and I also didn't want to play full creative mode either. This is a pleasant suprise as no one mentions this anywhere.Map is amazing. It is smaller than previous, but no less complete.Story and Ending is soo good. I don't want to give any spoilers but the ending is amazing

I bought this for my niece's bday in January and she plays it everyday she loves it

It’s a very good game good graphics and a ton of gameplay comes with it

I am a huge fan of the original SubNautica game. This sequel is a lot of fun and offers fans a chance to have a new adventure. However, it is not very different from the original in terms of gameplay or visual effects. It is however quite a bit more unstable on my PS4. The game routinely crashes and I lose all gameplay since my last save. This can be very frustrating after having spent an hour gathering resources and building improvements. The original game never crashed. For this alone, I have to give the game less than 5 stars. I don't have any other games on the PS4 that crash like this one does.
