I bought this monitor stand for my kitchen to elevate my water filter pitcher. It is the perfect size and I think it looks great - perhaps even better than the stands made for the kitchen. :-) When I initially got my new water filter, I found that trying to release the water from the spigot into a water pitcher was a challenge due to the height of the pitcher, so I found, humorously, that an amazon box worked perfectly! But I knew that having a cardboard box on my counter wasn't going to last too long (but amazon boxes are pretty strong :-). Surprisingly, I found it was difficult to find a stand that wasn't tall, because then I wouldn't be able to put the filter and stand under my cabinets when not needed by the sink. That's where the monitor stand fit the bill. This stand is high quality, thick acrylic - and crystal clear. Very easy to wipe clean with no scratching. The solid acrylic legs are straight, strong, and level. The feet pads are stick on acrylic rubber, so no scratching the counter surface (but make sure you know exactly where you want to place them; once on - they aren't coming off!). I think the clear stand looks perfect for a clear filter pitcher - or anyone wanting a modern look for their countertops.

This is a great basic platform to raise the height of my laptop and give me more space to work. It was extremely easy to assemble and is a solid stable piece to support my equipment.

This is a really cute addition to your desk! It’s very easy to set up, very sturdy and durable. I only wish there were breathing holes. I still recommend!

This acrylic stand is exactly what I was looking for, especially the size. My laptop fits perfectly on my desk, and I now have a place for my IPAD underneath the stand.
