We have this out on our deck to take our dog out since our yard is only partially fenced. We don't leave them unattended while clipped out on it but it reflected at night, thick, looks great and is extremely affordable. The clip fits the harness or collar link well. The clip is nice because it also has a slide lock to secure locked. Easy on/off. It's been outside for 2 years sun, snow & rain ( we keep it up off the ground when not using) tie/looped 2X around post no wear yet. 75 lb dog has given it a well tested strength test full pull after those squirrels.

This is perfect for taking my energetic dog out. Well worth the money. It doesn't tangle and the length is great for letting my dog explore more than the small ones.It's a great color and the handle is very comfy.

Wanted a strong leash for a dog who needs to be kept close to me. This is perfect. Long enough but not too long. Very strong, very easy to hold on to. I would have sworn I ordered a different color. But as it turns out we have a safety orange collar and harness set so everything matches

The rope itself that this leash is made of is pretty nice. And it's definitely useable, but there were a few things I did to make it better. First the foam handle is a bit much, I just cut it off and use the loop made of rope. The hasp works, but it's not intuitive like a regular hasp or even a carabiner, it's sort of a mix of the two, and doesn't work smoothly, but for the price, it's fine. Lastly the plastic parts that they use to cover the stiched parts of the rope are a cheap (I suppose that's what you get when you buy a cheapo lead), my dog chewed it for 2 seconds and it came apart. I ended up putting it back together and tying the rope around it a couple of times to cover it up so he couldn't chew it anymore. All in all, not sure I'd buy it again, but as usual, falls into the category of you get what you pay for.

I have this looped around the headrest in the back seat. I then clip it to my dog's harness. My dog chewed through two made-for-headrest seat belts. This leash is so sturdy that he hasn't even tried to chew it: Great product.

We have a puppy that is not a small puppy - lol. She is a GSP mix (I think - LOL). She chews on EVERYTHING including her leashes. I do not know how or what has gone into this leash but thank you! It's sturdy the clasp is perfect and the handle is comfy.

For my new dog I wanted to move away from the retractable leashes since they have so many issues. This has been a great replacement. It's long enough that my dog doesn't feel restricted on walks. It's super solid and I feel like I have a lot of control when my dog pulls, or gets over excited. I love the color and the cushion on the handle. The clip is easy to get on and off. The only thing when using it is you have to learn the technique with using a leash like this to keep it from dragging or getting tangled.

This is a strong leash, I really like the strength of the carabineer hook, but the leash itself only lasts a short time. It frays way to easily and comes totally undone.I actually bought this 2x, but the same thing happened each time. Not buying it again.(The tape was my feeble attempt to prolong its life..)

These are great!! The quality is really good. Well made. Love that little bit of stretch in the heavy duty cording. The length is perfect for our little pullers. BUT....on two occasions the locking mechanism has opened with movement of the dogs. They got loose!!! Scared the crap out of us... for something we thought was safe. Everyone is OK, but we are checking and rechecking these locks whenever they are being used. Shouldn't be that way. I bought them partly because of this feature. I should be asking for my money back, but I will look for a piece of hardware that will double hook the leash to their harnesses.

Heavy duty - our retriever man pup chews everything. He has very poor recall and this has been great to hive him extra space whilst being trained.

I have bought 2 of these leads ( one for my wifes car and one for mine)for my border collie who pulls a lot at times.I am very impressed at how strong the latch is that secures onto the harness.it is very secure and sturdy and feel safe walking my dog.I would highly recommend it.

Sturdy, smart, comfortable training lead. Decent length and the secure clip with clip and screw attachment is good. Quick delivery, reasonably priced, good bit of kit to have.
